Artist Statement

As a New Media artist researching the physical and digital forms, I explore the impact of digital technology, which is so prevalent in human life today, and its dimensions and effects on the visual arts.

In my view, the dynamic style and new language for expressing ideas and perspectives, and the abstract and pristine atmosphere with surprising events, are the things that are seen in Glitch Art and have led me to turn to Glitch Art.

I interact with Glitch to get ideas and inspiration according to my social situation or my time and place, and I try to learn its techniques so that I can express them in my own language.

Mental states are the physical forms that human beings use in connection with their inner and outer worlds, Digital errors, pixel collapse, line breaks, black and white tones, contrast, the brightness and darkness in the images are all characteristic of my works and the subject is more central in my work.

I express my ideas and thoughts through installation, photos, video art and glitch art.
